Definition of a Placement:
The Associate intends the prospective placement to build Christian Unity; The Institute recognizes that it does so; the mentor is qualified, The mentor forms the Associate in Christian Unity
Requirements for a Placement:
- CV
- Some experience or studies in Christian Unity
- Eagerness to learn and grow – from co-workers, supervisors, those we serve
- Willingness to put experience and learning into action in future ministry contexts
- Flexibility in location, expectations, time
- Limited to a one-year time frame, with the possibility of renewal with the approval of the Fellows and the mentor(s)
- There is the potential to receive academic credit for placements
